Oh man... another big step today - New wheels are tires have been ordered!
I'm getting the 35x12.50 KM2's mounted on 15x8 black rock crawlers with 3.75" backspacing.
Also - got the rear braided brake line hooked up this weekend. For the rear, the only thing left now is to reinstall the rear axle, and the new swaybar disconnects.
I was able to clean up the old stock D44 axle shafts too - new U-joints will be installed this week. I figure I'll use them till they break to save some $$$ and get this project done faster!
Hope to make some more progress this weeekend!_________________

So now I should be able to start mocking up the front and figuring out rides heights and such. The D44 rebuild is about to go full speed ahead.
Called up complete offroad today and discussed gears, lockers, install kits, ball joints, and all the stuff I need to get the axle done - so here's hoping I can get it all done in time for the next run!_________________

Thanks! By the way - where'd you get your fender flares from? Are they universal?_________________
